RADNOR, PA – March 30, 2015 – NewSpring Capital (“NewSpring”), a family of private equity funds, announced today that NewSpring Holdings LLC, the firm's dedicated platform acquisition strategy, has invested in USPack Logistics (“USPack”). Headquartered in New York, NY, USPack is a privately-held logistics company, focused on providing same-day and next-day delivery services in several key markets in the U.S.
Founded in 1986, USPack has grown steadily and serves a growing number of national and international Fortune 500 Corporations. With the joint contributions of founders, Peter and Mark Glazman, the Company has maintained a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction by providing personalized, hands-on courier services to today’s most demanding, time-sensitive industries, including E-commerce, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare.
