NewSpring Holdings

Radnor, PA – October 26, 2018 NewSpring Holdings, LLC (or the “Company”), the dedicated holding company of NewSpring, announced today that it has been named to the Philadelphia 100 List, which ranks Greater Philadelphia’s top 100 fastest-growing private companies according to percentage revenue growth over the last three years.

NewSpring Holdings was launched in 2013 to build a diversified holding company in tech-enabled services with operating businesses across a variety of sectors. Through a control buyout acquisition strategy, the Company partners with seasoned leadership teams to build the foundation and operational infrastructure necessary to scale to new heights and consistently produce growth through both organic and inorganic strategies. Additionally, NewSpring Holdings’ experienced, hands-on operational and strategic leadership team has led to the Company’s outstanding compounded annual growth rate of 54.6% over the last three years.

“We are proud that NewSpring Holdings has been included on the prestigious Philadelphia 100 List alongside so many promising companies,” commented Skip Maner, NewSpring Holdings Partner and Co-Founder. “It is exciting to see our strategic, buy-and-build approach recognized for its growth and development, and we look forward to continued success in the future.”

To help propel this growth, NewSpring Holdings deploys operationally-focused, functionally-specific experts within each business unit who have integrated, growth-focused expertise to drive growth and optimize value as a true partner to the leadership team. Current portfolio companies include: Financeware, a leading financial technology and services platform focused on transforming the next generation of wealth technology; Magna5, a provider of IT managed services and advanced communications solutions to private and public customers, government agencies, and wholesale partners; Sentinel, a high-end, mission-focused and technology-enabled solutions firm serving national security and intelligence community customers; and USPack, a last-mile logistics company that specializes in enabling e-commerce businesses with the ability to compete in the emerging, real-time delivery economy.

“It’s quite an honor to be recognized in a region rich with young, talented companies,” said Jim Ashton, NewSpring Holdings Partner and Co-Founder. “We look to catalyze growth in our business units and are extremely proud of our platform leadership teams who continue to work relentlessly each day to further our collective growth.”

Founded in 1988 by The Entrepreneurs' Forum of Greater Philadelphia and the Wharton Small Business Development Center, the Philadelphia 100 has recognized some of the region's finest companies when they were just beginning to emerge including Mothers' Work, Fiberlink, Urban Outfitters, Forman Mills, Kremer Laser Eye Center, and Primavera Systems. What started as an idea to bring recognition to the Greater Philadelphia region has emerged as a new standard of excellence.

The official rankings will be released for the first time on Thursday, October 25, during an award ceremony and dinner at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia, PA.
