NewSpring Promotes Brian Kim to Partner and Announces Additional Team Advancements

Radnor, PA – March 26, 2019 – NewSpring (the “Firm” or “NewSpring”), a family of private equity strategies, is pleased to announce that NewSpring Growth Capital (“NewSpring Growth”), the Firm’s dedicated growth and expansion strategy, has promoted Brian Kim to Partner.
NewSpring welcomed Brian to the growth equity team in 2014 with a focus on sourcing, executing, and supporting investments in high-performing companies within the business services, enabling technologies, and information technology sectors to support growth, recapitalizations, and M&A opportunities. In his role at NewSpring, Brian currently serves on the Boards of CallMiner, Circonus, ExecOnline, Relay Network, and TenFour. He has also led or supported additional NewSpring Growth investments, including Interactions, Messagepoint, Snag, and Star2Star.
Brian has over a decade of experience in middle-market buyout and growth equity investments. He received a BSE and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Among his achievements, Brian has been named one of GrowthCap, LLC's Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors of 2018 and the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 of 2017. Brian is also a Board Trustee for the Nationalities Service Center, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit that serves more than 5,000 immigrants and refugees annually.

Additional promotions within NewSpring Growth are Hart Callahan and Justin Nadile, both promoted to Principal.
NewSpring is also pleased to announce the promotions of Annie Caucci to Director of Marketing, Mike Kubacki to Director of Finance, along with Kelli Fitzpatrick to Fund Accounting Manager. NewSpring is dedicated to the growth and advancement of the Firm throughout all operational areas and these individuals have been integral in NewSpring’s continued ability to not only source and invest in the best investment opportunities, but also to continue to provide exceptional services to its Limited Partners.
In addition to these promotions, Drew Scannell has been promoted to Vice President, dedicated to NewSpring Mezzanine, and Bree Buysse and Cooper Crowe to Associates, dedicated to NewSpring Growth and NewSpring Holdings, respectively.
