During his tenure, he built and scaled a top-four pharmacy benefit manager, mail order pharmacy, and specialty pharmacy platform integrated with Humana’s health plans, consistently delivering better-than-market trend performance, strong clinical outcomes, and award-winning customer experiences. Dr. Fleming is recognized as a Medicare Part D expert and collaborative industry leader, advancing advocacy efforts on behalf of patients, members, and providers. He has worked closely with private equity sponsors in seeding new businesses, structuring joint ventures, and serving on company and industry boards. He has also held numerous board and trustee appointments and was named a Fellow of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (FAMCP).
