Aidan Welsh is an Analyst at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm's dedicated mezzanine strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2026, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.
Prior to NewSpring, Aidan was an Investment/M&A Summer Analyst at Korman Communities, where he worked with the investments team to underwrite multifamily acquisitions and dispositions through financial modeling, and assessed equity and debt market conditions to support pricing, return targets, and financing strategy.
Aidan received a BS in Commerce and Business Administration from the Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama.
