Jeff Fialko is an Operating Partner at NewSpring Capital dedicated to the firm’s mezzanine strategy. Jeff has over 35 years of experience working with private equity backed Companies in strategic planning and execution, mergers and acquisitions, finance, risk management, and digital transformation.

Most recently, Jeff was a Global Client Service Partner at Ernst & Young (EY) where he was the lead relationship partner for a portfolio of clients across sectors including, Retail, Manufacturing, Business Services and Technology. Previously, Jeff held various roles at EY including Private Equity Consulting market leader, Assurance Partner, and Venture Capital Advisory Group leader.

Jeff received a BA in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
