Jeff Scholtz

Jeff Scholtz is a Principal for the Capital Formation and Investor Relations team at NewSpring where he is responsible for assisting in capital raises across all strategies of the Firm, servicing existing, and sourcing new prospective investor relationships.

Previously, Jeff was a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey & Triago in New York, where he managed institutional investor coverage and relationship management across leading LPs including insurance companies, pension plans, endowments and foundations, fund of funds, and family offices. Prior to that, Jeff spent over a decade as a Vice President at Stifel Nicolaus and Barclays Capital, where he worked as a leading member of a bespoke placement agent, establishing and maintaining relationships with global institutional investors while working across various private market strategies. Earlier in his career, Jeff was an Independence, Ethics and Compliance Analyst at Deloitte & Touche.

Jeff received his BA in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
