Kevin Tierney is a Senior Analyst at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm's dedicated growth equity strategy that invests in fast-growing, industry-transforming technology companies. Having joined NewSpring in 2026, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.

Prior to NewSpring, Kevin spent over two years at Edison Partners, a growth equity firm based in Nashville, as an Associate, where he sourced new investment opportunities through direct founder and CEO outreach and led financial modeling, transaction structuring, and diligence workstreams across vertical software, healthcare technology, and fintech investments. He also held roles as a Summer Analyst at Edison Partners and as an Intern with the Financial Consulting Team at Softek earlier in his career.

Kevin received a BS in Business with a Finance Concentration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
