Ms. Saponaro is an Advisory Partner to NewSpring Healthcare and has over 20 years of experience driving brand growth and commercial impact across high-growth healthcare and technology organizations. As an advisor to NewSpring, Ms. Saponaro provides corporate vision and leadership for strategic marketing, brand development, and communications efforts, helping organizations achieve their business goals. The NewSpring Healthcare team has known Ms. Saponaro for nearly 15 years, having established a working relationship with her at Precyse Solutions, Inc. (later known as nThrive). Ms. Saponaro is a Principal Consultant of Saponaro Communications, a consulting practice she founded to provide strategic leadership in marketing, branding, communications, change management, and M&A support to healthcare services and tech clients. Ms. Saponaro’s earlier leadership roles include Chief Marketing Officer of nThrive, Director of Marketing at Executive Health Resources, and Corporate Affairs Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions. Over her career, she has also held integrated communications roles in public relations and industry outreach, and her work has been recognized with numerous industry awards.
