Luanne Pavco is an Operating Partner dedicated to the Firm's majority investment strategy focused on sector-specific platform builds, NewSpring Holdings. As an Operating Partner, she works alongside portfolio company leadership teams to strengthen execution, modernize operating models, and build the operational foundation required for sustained growth.

Luanne brings more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming organizations across every stage of the enterprise lifecycle, from venture-backed startups to publicly traded, multi-billion-dollar global enterprises. Most recently, she served as Interim Global Head of Delivery for CoreX, a NewSpring Holdings portfolio company and ServiceNow Elite Partner, where she partnered with the executive team to integrate multiple delivery organizations, establish a global delivery model, and prioritize an AI-first strategy for the business.

Prior to CoreX, Luanne was President & COO of Avantus, where a 15% compound annual growth rate was achieved through organic expansion and nine acquisitions, culminating in the company's sale to QinetiQ in 2022 for $590mm. She stayed on as Chief Operating Officer through the integration.

Earlier in her career, Luanne held senior leadership roles at IBM, Slalom Consulting, and HighBranch Software, where she built and scaled public sector and commercial technology services businesses, including founding Slalom Federal and leading a multi-billion-dollar portfolio as Managing Partner of IBM's Public Sector business.

Luanne holds a BA in English from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
