Natali Szalecki

Natali Szalecki is a Vice President of Operations, Finance & Accounting at NewSpring dedicated to the Firm’s newest strategy focused on investing in innovative franchise and multi-unit concepts, NewSpring Franchise. In this role, she serves as the primary financial liaison between the fund and its portfolio companies, partnering with portfolio company finance and accounting teams to strengthen processes, controls, and reporting quality, while supporting the deal and operations teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Most recently, Natali was Director of Finance at Smoothie King, where she led the quarterly forecast and annual budget processes, and worked directly with C-suite executives to manage expenses and rebuild the company’s finance reporting processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.

Prior to Smoothie King, Natali spent eight years at Cinemark, most recently as Senior International Finance Manager, FP&A, where she provided financial and operational performance analysis to senior management across 13 Latin America countries, and managed rolling forecasts and the annual budget process including presentations to the C-suite and Board. Earlier in her career, she held finance roles at Brinker International, the Jewish Child Care Association, Bloomingdale’s, and Morgan Stanley.

Natali received a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
