NewSpring Capital Successfully Leads Investment in Nelson Worldwide

Radnor, PA - January 19, 2017 - NewSpring Capital, a family of private equity funds providing growth and expansion capital, announced today that NewSpring Mezzanine Capital ("NewSpring"), the Firm’s dedicated mezzanine fund, has led an initial investment of $18 million into Nelson Worldwide, Inc. (“NELSON”) in partnership with Salem Investment Partners and a subsidiary of Kemper Corporation (NYSE: KMPR) as well as a commitment for an acquisition strategy.
