NewSpring Capital Successfully Exits Jobson Healthcare Information

Radnor, PA – August 16, 2018 – NewSpring (the “Firm”), a family of private equity funds, announced today that NewSpring Mezzanine ("NewSpring"), the Firm’s dedicated mezzanine strategy, has successfully exited Jobson Healthcare Information LLC. (“JHI” or the “Company”), as a result of a strategic sale to WebMD.
Headquartered in New York City, JHI is comprised of three separate functional business groups organized to independently deliver information, marketing, and education services to the healthcare community including eye care professionals, physicians, and pharmacists. Each functional business group has a portfolio of trusted, well-recognized brands with depth spanning over 50 years of industry experience.
Throughout NewSpring’s investment, JHI expanded their service offerings through their marketing and education services with the addition of six new solutions. JHI also surpassed their initial growth goals through continued facility enhancement and client development.
