Radnor, PA – March 22, 2018 – NewSpring (the “Firm”), a family of private equity funds, announced today that NewSpring Mezzanine ("NewSpring"), the Firm’s dedicated mezzanine fund, has successfully exited Nelson Worldwide, Inc. (“NELSON” or the “Company”), a leading integrated design and consulting organization. 

Founded over 40 years ago, NELSON offers global design, architecture, engineering, branding, space planning, and space management services primarily in the commercial real estate sector.  Part of a trio of architecture, engineering, and interior design brands, the Company is ranked as one the top ten design firms in the world and a top five office design firm by Interior Design Magazine.

Throughout NewSpring’s investment, NELSON continually enhanced their performance and expanded their business geographically by completing seven add-ons over the course of a year, resulting in more than 35 acquisitions in the past 15 years.
