NewSpring. New Ways. with E3/Sentinel on Merging Two Successful Businesses

NewSpring Holdings

When integrating two successful businesses, it can be easy to direct your focus solely on operations and systems to create the desired synergies. And while these aspects are crucial components, Andy Maner, CEO of government services provider and NewSpring portfolio company E3/Sentinel, also understands that his company is most successful when clients’ needs come first.

After successfully navigating a merger in November 2018 and an additional acquisition in August of 2019 to expand its software development capability, E3/Sentinel has experienced rapid growth. It has been added to the Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Fantastic 50 list, been included in the Washington Business Journal’s (WBJ) 2019 list of Largest Private Companies in the Greater D.C. area, and attracted some of the industry’s top talent. Andy has managed to strengthen the company’s culture and business standing in the process, always with a deep commitment to continuously bringing innovative mission-focused solutions to their customers, as evidenced by a recent five-year Air Force Space Command contract. Instead of approaching roadblocks as challenges, Andy sees them as opportunities, and was able to capitalize on each one.
