NewSpring Successfully Exits Mobiquity

Radnor, PA – July 2, 2019 – NewSpring (the “Firm”), a family of private equity strategies, announced today that NewSpring Growth ("NewSpring"), the Firm’s dedicated growth and expansion strategy, has successfully exited Mobiquity, Inc. (“Mobiquity”), a provider of digital consulting services for the world’s leading brands, as a result of a strategic sale to Hexaware Technologies Limited (“Hexaware”), one of India’s fastest growing IT Consulting firms.
