Nick Cutrona is an Associate at NewSpring dedicated to the Firm's buyout strategy, NewSpring Holdings. Having joined NewSpring in 2026, he is responsible for underwriting and diligence for new investment opportunities.

Prior to NewSpring, Nick was a Finance Value Creation Associate with Graham Partners, where he worked closely with several of Graham’s portfolio companies and investment professionals to support growth and conduct analyses required to make strategic, financial, and operational decisions across the packaging, food manufacturing, and medical device manufacturing industries. Prior to Graham Partners, he was an Associate in the Consulting Services practice at JTaylor, where he executed buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory, quality of earnings, and valuation engagements across the healthcare, SaaS, manufacturing, and advertising industries.

Nick received his BA in Economics, Cum Laude, with minors in Finance and Spanish from Villanova University.
