Senior Associate
Andrew DeBacco is a Senior Associate at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm’s dedicated healthcare strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2020, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.
Prior to NewSpring, Andrew was an Investment Banking Analyst with Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and other strategic advisory initiatives for middle market companies across the Industrials and Business Services sectors.
Andrew received a BA in Business from Franklin & Marshall College.
