Senior Associate
Brian Kelly is an Associate at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm's dedicated mezzanine strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2020, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.
Prior to NewSpring, Brian was an analyst with PNC Capital Markets where he supported PNC FIG Advisory and focused on mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and balance sheet advisory solutions for domestic banks.
Brian received a BS in Management with a concentration in Finance and a minor in History from Boston College.
