Dan Miklos

Dan Miklos is an Associate at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases of the deal lifecycle within the Firm’s dedicated healthcare strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2024, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.

Before joining NewSpring, Dan was an Associate at J.P. Morgan in the Healthcare Global Corporate Banking and Leveraged Finance Group. In this role, he was responsible for originating and executing various debt capital market transactions, including syndicated Pro-Rata facilities, institutional Term Loans, High Yield bonds, and underwritten M&A financings. Prior to his time at J.P. Morgan, Dan worked in pediatric medicine and was accepted into medical school before transitioning into the financial services industry.

Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Fordham University.
