Donna Rodio is an Advisory Partner for NewSpring’s dedicated healthcare strategy. Donna brings the perspective of an extensive career in executive talent and recruiting across many segments of the healthcare space.

Prior to joining NewSpring, Donna founded and continues to run Pine Street Partners, a healthcare executive search and talent consulting firm based in Philadelphia. She has worked closely with organizations and executives throughout the industry, building a strong network and deep understanding of organizational needs and executive skill sets.

In her role with NewSpring, Donna partners with our team and portfolio companies to screen, interview, identify, and hire executives and board members. She is also adept at leveraging her network to screen potential candidates, provide references, and connect us with key industry contacts during diligence, market research, and thesis development to gather expert perspectives.
