Eloise Richter

Eloise Richter is a Private Equity Analyst at NewSpring where she is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm’s mezzanine strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2024, she is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.

Prior to joining NewSpring full-time, Eloise was a private equity summer analyst with the Firm’s mezzanine and holdings strategies. As an undergraduate student, Eloise also worked as an investment banking analyst intern with Falcon Capital Partners, where she performed industry research, developed financial models and constructed slide decks.

Eloise received a BSBA from the University of Richmond, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
