Jennifer Geathers is an Executive Assistant at NewSpring Capital, where she supports the Healthcare strategy. In this role, she manages scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day operations, helping ensure the team runs efficiently and effectively.

Before joining NewSpring, she supported several high-level executives in industries including entertainment, energy efficiency and event management, where she managed various aspects of their professional and personal affairs, planned events and supported their direct reports.

She received her BA from Temple University.
