Katie McCollum is the Controller at NewSpring, where she manages the Firm’s accounting and finance functions. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the accounting team, including financial reporting, audits, and tax preparation across all Funds and affiliated entities. Katie is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Firm’s internal control framework, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial information, and supporting the preparation and delivery of investor reporting.

Prior to joining NewSpring, Katie spent eight years in the audit practice at Ernst & Young (EY), where she led financial statement audits and provided assurance services for clients across a variety of industries, focusing on financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Katie received a BS in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed CPA.
