Kelly Fortney is a Project Manager at NewSpring, where she focuses on firmwide operational and technology initiatives. In this role, she is responsible for driving key projects across the firm, including proprietary technology adoption, employee onboarding, learning and development, and intern programming.
Prior to this role, Kelly served as Senior Executive Assistant to NewSpring's Managing Partner and Growth strategy for 14 years. In that capacity, she supported a broad range of firmwide initiatives, developing deep institutional knowledge across all areas of the firm.
