Mark Pacala

Mark Pacala is an Advisory Partner for NewSpring’s dedicated healthcare funds. Mark has over 30 years of combined healthcare, operating, and private equity experience.

Mark currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Pamplona Capital and Oak Hill Capital Partners. He currently also serves as Director of AccentCare, Inc., SmartPak, LLC, and Versma Systems, Inc.

Previously, Mark was a General Partner and Managing Director at Essex Woodlands Health Ventures. Before Essex, he was Chairman and CEO of American WholeHealth, Inc. and also Chairman and CEO of The Forum Group. Mark also served as an executive at The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) as well as Marriott International (NASDAQ: MAR).

Mark received a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
