Matt Giangiordano
Senior Associate
Matt Giangiordano is a Senior Associate at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm’s dedicated healthcare strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2024, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining NewSpring, Matt was an Associate at Lovell Minnick Partners, where he focused on control investments in the financial services and financial technology sectors.
Matt began his career at RBC Capital Markets in the Technology Investment Banking group, where he was responsible for executing M&A and Capital Markets transactions for FinTech, EdTech, and Software companies.
Matt received a BSBA in Finance and International Political Economy and Business from Georgetown University.
