Megan Phillips

Megan Phillips is a Fund Accountant at NewSpring where she assists in the preparation and distribution of quarterly financial statements and capital account statements to investors, the preparation of fund activity report for internal use, and the completion and filing of governmental and other compliance reporting.

Megan joined NewSpring in 2021 and has nearly five years of experience within financial and tax consulting, accounts payable, and fund accounting. Prior to NewSpring, Megan was a Senior Fund Accountant at SEI Investments Company where she processed fund transactions, assisted in quarter-end and year-end audits, and prepared private equity fund valuations.

Megan received a BBA and MBA from Marywood University.
