About
Trevor Levy is a Senior Analyst at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm's dedicated growth strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2026, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.
Prior to NewSpring, Trevor spent over three years at H.C. Wainwright & Co. in New York as an Investment Banking Associate, where he focused on M&A and capital markets advisory across the healthcare sector, with particular depth in biotechnology. He also held roles at JPMorgan Chase and within H.C. Wainwright's Corporate Access Group earlier in his career.
Trevor received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.
