Amy Wang

Amy Wang is a Vice President at NewSpring with the Firm’s dedicated growth strategy. Amy joined NewSpring in 2018 as an Analyst where she worked on investments across NewSpring’s family of funds. Amy now focuses on the sourcing, underwriting, and support of new investment opportunities for NewSpring Growth.

Prior to NewSpring, Amy was an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities where she was focused on mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity financings in the consumer, retail, and healthcare space.

Amy received a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with Concentrations in Finance, Operations Management, and Marketing
