Daniel has been an advisor to NewSpring Capital and in 2024 will be joining the firm’s dedicated growth strategy as a Partner. He is a seasoned technology executive with domain expertise in the targeted areas of investment. Most recently, Daniel was the CEO of Tendo, a software, analytics, and next-generation platform for healthcare services which developed connections between patients, clinicians, and caregivers. Before Tendo, he was CEO of Instructure (NYSE: INST), where he and his team catered to the teaching and learning needs of academic institutions through their Canvas platform.

Prior to Instructure, Daniel held various C-level roles at Veeva (NYSE: VEEV), where he facilitated significant advancements in drug development and market entry. Before Veeva, he spent over a decade in management consulting with Accenture, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and IBM. In addition to his operating career, Daniel has been advising, investing in, and serving on the board of early-stage and growth technology companies for more than a decade. He serves as a Trustee at the Agnes Irwin School.

Daniel received a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Rochester.
