Matt Szymanski is a Senior Associate at NewSpring with the Firm’s dedicated growth strategy. Matt joined NewSpring in 2018 as an Analyst where he worked on investments across NewSpring’s family of funds. Matt now focuses on the sourcing, underwriting, and support of new investment opportunities for NewSpring Growth.
Prior to joining NewSpring, Matt worked at Harris Williams & Co. and Capstone Headwaters, providing sell-side M&A advisory services to middle-market companies in the business services and healthcare industries.
Matt received a BA in Economics from Southern Methodist University and an MS in Finance from University of Cincinnati.
