Meghan Mitchell

Meghan Mitchell is an Analyst at NewSpring where she is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm’s dedicated growth strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2025, she is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.

Prior to NewSpring full-time, Meghan was a summer analyst with the Firm’s Growth and Healthcare strategies. She also spent the two summers prior to her time at NewSpring as a summer analyst at both BMO in New York and Conestoga Capital in Wayne.

Meghan received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Villanova University with a minor Real Estate.
