Yasi Bastaniasl

Yasi Bastaniasl is an Analyst at NewSpring where she is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm’s dedicated growth strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2023, she is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.

Prior to NewSpring, Yasi was a Corporate Finance Analyst at The Blackstone Group where she focused on the firm’s quarterly results as well as firmwide financial analysis and strategy across Blackstone’s various businesses.

Yasi received a BS in Finance and Risk Management from Saint Joseph’s University.
