NewSpring Capital is seeking a Vice President to join our Growth Strategy. As a Vice President, you will manage the daily responsibilities of the deal teams and work closely with the Partners on strategy and negotiations. You will play an integral role in continuing to develop the success of the NewSpring Growth strategy broadly, including sourcing, quarterbacking and negotiating new investment opportunities, as well as managing a team of investment professionals.

NewSpring Capital is looking for a Growth Equity Investor to support its Growth strategy. In this position, you will play a critical role on our team of investment professionals who help to source new deals and manage our existing portfolio companies. You will provide support throughout the investment process and be involved in all aspects of the investment lifecycle including sourcing, underwriting and execution, monitoring and exiting.

NewSpring Capital is seeking a Principal to join our Holdings Strategy. As a Principal in our Holdings Strategy, you will play an integral role in continuing to develop the success of the NewSpring Holdings strategy broadly, including sourcing, quarterbacking and negotiating new investment opportunities, managing a team of investment professionals, and working with top tier operators of Platform companies to influence the success of the Strategy.
